Cement Stabilization

ROTO-MILL INC. is experienced in soil cement stabilization. This consists of placing powdered Portland Cement at a specified rate on top of the soil and then blending by full depth reclamation (Pulverize) to a maximum depth of 14" or 350mm. This is most appropriate in silt and clay type soils.

This process can be used to improve soil structural strength. Cement stabilization has been use on industrial projects by improving soils so construction can continue into the wetter months. As well this process has successfully been used on construction laydown areas or access roadways.
